General rules: check-in is on Saturday at 5 pm and check-out on Saturday at 10 am. The amount includes bills (water, electricity and gas), bedding (on request) and car park. Payment of 30 € will be charged for final cleaning at check-out.
Bookings are confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the whole amount to send by postal payment, the rest will be paid at check-in. A delay of a day without advance notice, from the arrival date, will be a renunciation of the whole stay.
Long vacation offer: -10% for bookings of 4 or more consecutive weeks.
